1.Booking and reservation policy

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Bliss Homestay Tawang. A booking is not guaranteed until full payment or a deposit is received.

• Payment: Payments can be made via Cash or UPI]. Full payment or a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days before check-in.

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

• Minimum Age: Guests making a booking must be at least 18 years old.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Guest Cancellations:

  • Cancellation of booking will be considered 15 days before the check in date and thereafter it will not be refunded.

• Homestay Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Bliss Homestay Tawang cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative stay (subject to availability).

• No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 10am to 10pm.

• Check-Out Time:  11:00 AM IST. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• Identification: Guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, or driver’s license) at check-in for verification purposes.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the property. Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.

• House Rules:

  • No smoking is allowed inside the homestay premises. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be communicated.

  • Pets are not allowed or allowed with prior approval and additional charges.

  • Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations, including those related to noise levels and restricted areas in Tawang.

• Maximum Occupancy: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests beyond the specified limit are not permitted without prior approval and may incur extra charges.

5. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Bliss Homestay Tawang is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

• Injury or Damage: Bliss Homestay Tawang is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by guests during their stay, except where such liability is mandated by applicable law.

• Force Majeure: Bliss Homestay Tawang is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages.

6. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purpose of processing bookings and providing services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate your booking (e.g., payment processors).

• Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

7. Modifications to Bookings

8. Local Regulations

• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations in Tawang, including obtaining necessary permits (e.g., Inner Line Permit for non-residents visiting Arunachal Pradesh). Bliss Homestay Tawang may assist with permit information but is not responsible for obtaining permits on behalf of guests.

9. Website Usage

• Content: All content on www.blisshomestaytawang.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bliss Homestay Tawang and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we are not liable for any errors or omissions.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Bliss Homestay Tawang reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
